Challenge

The current food system - what we produce, sell, buy, cook and eat - is broken. It is vital to fix, not only if we wish to solve the climate crisis, but also public health and improve national crisis preparedness. A task many wish to solve but no actor can do alone.

Solution

LAGA is a coalition of actors across the food system who share resources, capabilities, and insights on a joint mission to solve systemic challenges and make healthy and sustainable eating not only available and affordable but also the preferred choice and part of Swedish culture and health system.
