With a growing product portfolio, Polestar needed to set a new customer experience ambition and define a transformation plan towards it, providing a direction and focus for the multiple teams working with the customer experience..
Solution
With a human-centered approach and in collaboration with formal and informal leaders we helped define a 3-year objective and a plan towards it. By working top-down and bottom-up we removed silos and implemented a governance system designed with and for the organization ensuring the value stayed beyond the project.
